Our floating pool bean bag measures 160cm (L) by 120cm (W)

A mesh inner keeps the beans safe, mesh sides allow water to flow out and the density of the beans make it practically unsinkable. By using heavy duty New Zealand-weather resistant YKK plastic zipping and sliders, our floating bean bags last for years.

The Canvas Company Bean Bags are manufactured right here in New Zealand! Made from top quality outdoor marine grade Sunbrella or Planosol fabric which comes with a 5-7 year warranty against fading and deterioration.

If you’re looking for additional colour options, please get in touch – we have an extensive range available and will be able to help find the perfect colour-way for you. As well as the striped fabric, we are also happy to make these in any of the marine-grade fabrics listed on our website. If you are after a different colour not listed, please let us know.

Due to the size and volume of our bean bags, we can only ship filled bean bags to Auckland customers.  For the rest of NZ customers, please don’t select beans.

Our Floating Bean Bag takes approximately 450-500 litres of beans.

You can purchase beans from The Warehouse, Briscoes, Plastic Box, Bunnings, Mitre 10 and Para Rubber.

Eco Beans
ECO Beans, are an environmentally friendly option for bean bag fill and are available to purchase directly from ECO Beans. Made in New Zealand, from PLA foam, derived from renewable plant starch, they are long-lasting and offer excellent comfort and support. ECO beans are fully biodegradable and certified commercially as compostable loose fill.

WARNING: Polystyrene Beans are dangerous if swallowed or inhaled by children. For the safety of young children, we have snipped off the slider tab on the liner so children cannot access the polystyrene beans. To open the liner, use a paper clip in the zip slider to open and close.
