We will make every effort to satisfy your order to the best of our ability, however, The Canvas Company will accept returns on products/materials if the following criteria are met:
- The product/material is returned within 14 days of customer receipt.
- The product/material has not been used, cut, washed or otherwise tampered with.
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged.
