7oz is the entry level canvas we offer. This canvas has a beautiful smooth tooth and is very popular for this reason. Not only do we sell this to the artist market this product can also be used in the curtain industry. Remember all natural cottons straight off the loom have a shrinkage of roughly 3 to 5% depending on the weight of the material.
