Delivery

Delivery in the Auckland region will be 1-3 days as long as the items are in stock. Delivery elsewhere in New Zealand (outside the Auckland area) will be approximately 3-5 days for in-stock items. Please note we will make every effort to inform you if any items in your order are out of stock or if we anticipate any delays.

Also, please be aware there may be a delay on certain products we manufacture depending on our stock, e.g., stretched canvas frames, tent fly's, and PVC kit bags. Again, we will inform you if we expect a delay.

Our delivery company is CourierPost. If you want to track a delivery, please use their website  http://www.courierpost.co.nz/Track/Track+n+Trace  and enter the number we provide to you in your confirmation email.

Returns Policy

We will make every effort to satisfy your order to the best of our ability, however, The Canvas Company will accept returns on products/materials for a 10% restocking fee plus the original freight if the following criteria are met:

1.The product/material is returned within 14 days of customer receipt.
2.The product/material has not been used, cut, washed or otherwise tampered with.
